Usain Bolt IPA: [ju'seːn] (born 21 August 1986) is a Jamaican sprinter. He holds world and Olympic records in both the 100 metres, 200 metres and 4x100 metres relay, with times of 9.69 seconds, 19.30 seconds and 37.10 seconds respectively. At the 2008 Summer Olympics, he became the first man in history to break all three world records at one Olympics, and the first man since Carl Lewis in 1984 to win the 100m, 200m, and the 4x100 metres relay, at the same Olympics.
