The collaboration between Grosso and Vans was a natural, as Jeff has ridden the shoes for decades. The pack consists of a Sk8 Hi and an Old School. Both sneakers in the pack feature Jim Phillips artwork out of the Santa Cruz archives.

"Jeff's the gnarliest wear-tester our designers have ever sat down with, bringing natural solutions to already great classics, the Sk8 Hi and the Old Skool. The Nike Dunk Hi Premium dedicated to Tokyo and the Panda that can be seen at Ueno Park has been released today. It is the last model in a series of limited edition Nike sneakers, each dedicated to a different city in Japan.

The Nike Dunk Hi Premium "Ueno Panda" comes with a horse hair upper in the colors of the Panda. Also it features a "Ueno" tag on the tongue. Furthermore, the most special details, is probably the packaging. The Dunk does not come in a regular sneaker box, but it comes in a cage to underline the theme.

The track introduces Bentley’s unique rhyme style and cadence over a distinctly electro, funk, rhythm and blues canvas that recalls Andre’s “The Love Below” masterpiece. For good measure 3K drops an ill verse and Kanye does a bit of acting and choreographed dancing as Sa-Ra bangs on the instruments.

Andy Warhol @ Michael Kohn Gallery

Michael Kohn Gallery in Los Angeles is offering a rare opportunity to view the photography of Andy Warhol. 200 works have been selected from the last eleven years of Warhol's life (1976-1987), documenting his interaction with the city and its objects. An underlying theme is how Warhol's photography, and the medium itself, informed his silkscreens. The exhibition runs until August 22.

Nike Dunk Hi SB "Marge Simpson"

Sneakernews reports about the release of the Nike Dunk Hi SB "Marge Simpson" in Asia. It comes in the same colors as the cartoon character. The colors of the Dunk is a blue suede representing Marge’s hair, the secondary color in a vibrant yellow is for her skin color and of course the green swoosh is from Marge’s famous green dress.

The Dunks released in Asia/Pacific, and we are not sure if they will also be released in the US and/or Europe.

...It turns out that things may be a bit of a mess over in RIM development land. According to sources, the BlackBerry Thunder is lagging far behind on development time and is "in no way shape of form market-ready." And that awesome keyboard? Not so awesome. Reports are that it's annoying to type on and the screen ripples when the touchscreen is pressed. Meanwhile, UI response times are pretty bad, buttons don't click right, and RIM's new touch-and-drag method of selecting items isn't up to snuff. In short, says BGR's source, "Most of the people who have handled it thinks it's a joke."
